Step-by-step on how to sign up for the first time in your Neigbrs account.

To be able to sign up to your resident account, you have to receive the email below or have received a registration link.
Please check your spam folder and that your email hasn't blocked "[email protected]" to check if your community invited you by email.
If they did, you will receive an email similar to the one below.
When you have received the email, click on 'activate e-mail' button and you will be redirected to another page to create your password.
After you created your password and accepted the terms and conditions you can log in! If you have any problems or didn't get your invitation email get in touch with a board member or your manager.
If you received a registration link instead, you will be redirected to a page shown as below.
The form has 6 steps will need to fill, but only steps 1, 2 and 6 are mandatory.
On step 1, you have to fill your unit/house information. If you are not sure about your unit/house number, type or building/street, please contact your board member or manager before moving to the next step.
On step 2 you need to fill in your resident information. Name, surname and and email are the only mandatory fields.
The email will be needed to access your resident portal later and will be where you'll receive all the communication from your community, so keep that in mind when choosing it.
After clicking on the Conclude button on step 6, the registration process will be over.
Now you only have to wait for your community administrators to accept your unit registration and you will be sent an email like the one above to create your password.
