End of Year Product Update 12/16

As the year comes to an end, we are working on having a better system stability and scalability for next year.

Over the year, our goal was to make your communication and organization easier by bringing new functionalities and improving our portal and app usability. 

We implemented new website templates to give more options to your public-facing website, made some changes to the app to reflect better the experience from the portal, started developing and beta testing our integration with Quickbooks Online, and changed our chat widget to help us help you in a better way. 

Along the way, we always listened to your feedback and did our best to help your community, improve our solution and grow. So don't be shy and contact us if you need anything, we are happy to help.

Now that the year is ending, it is time to think back, consolidate all that we have done and what you helped us with, and work on the mistakes and issues that we found and you reported over the year. This last month was a time for that, we focused our energies on making the system more scalable and stable while we plan for our next year.
