What is the 'Community' portal?

In reception there is the community portal. Here you can search for residents, vehicles and pets more easily. The main difference from 'Contacts' is that non-residents may access this menu, so your staff or concierge can have access to resident's information, like their pet names and photos in case of a lost pet walking around the parking lot.
