What to do when residents move out?
How do you remove the resident who just moved out?

1.) Go to community management, then units and find the unit you want to edit then scroll down to the resident and click on the pencil to edit.
2.) To ensure the resident won't be able to login, delete their email and click on save.
3.) An alert will pop up asking if you want to send out an invite, without an email it won't be sent so click on yes.
4.) Back in the unit, delete the resident to remove them from the unit and remove them from the absentee owner/resident list.
5. Then you can add the new resident by clicking on add.
