Notice is a top-down communication feature that allows you to contact residents by sending an email blast and a push (app) notification. Text message notifications can also be enabled for this feature.
Notices can only be sent by administrators, managers and/or board members.
Using it, you will be able to select the entire community at once, as well as target specific groups. And you will also have a tool to confirm who has received and read these messages.

On the other hand, the Social Network is a private space where your residents can connect, share and engage with each other. It is meant to drive a higher sense of community.
Posts made here do not trigger notifications. People are only notified if other people interact with their posts.
