How to reset your password
If you forgot your password, you can easily set a new password.

1.) When you go to the login page, you can click on 'Forgot your password?'
2.) It will ask you to include your email, and click on 'send new password' and you'll receive a an email to create a new password in your inbox.
3.) Please check your spam folder as it may go there, the email you get has the title 'Vinteum Neigbrs - Lost password'. Click on 'new password'
Obs.: If you are not receiving the email, you can request a board member or account administrator to reset your password for you. This article here explains what they have to do to help you out.
4.) Then include your new password and confirm it, and you'll be able to login!
