A visitor report is a list of people who have been registered as a visitor at your community.
Go to reception then visitor reports. You can include a start and end date, you can also filter by building and units. It will download as a pdf file all the information that fits the criteria selected.
Individual units can also download the visitor report, but they will only have the people who have come to their unit.
