How to create a new community

Creating a new community the first step in onboarding your community.

1.) Select on the " Community Management" tab on the left toolbar, then click on 'Community' followed by the green plus button on the top right of the screen.

2.) Select "Create New"

3.) Being to insert community-related information, include the community name, logo, and contact information

4.) Complete the Address information, including the timezone and optional neighborhood information

5.) Are there multiple buildings within your community? If so, you can insert residents into specific buildings, allowing for additional functionality later on.

6.) Select "Save" and it's done!
